01Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

You are required to ensure that all information in your account — including your full name, phone number, email address, and bank details — is accurate and up to date at all times. Inaccurate information may delay the withdrawal process or result in your account being suspended for review.

• Suspicious activity potentially involving fraud or money laundering.

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining credit balance including real money and bonuses may be forfeited. If closure occurs for technical or administrative reasons without any violation on your part, your real money balance will be returned in accordance with the established procedure.
